Vibrating screen equipment is a commonly used solid material screening and grading equipment. It separates raw materials into particles or materials of different sizes by generating vibration motion. Structure:
The structure of the vibrating screen is complex, usually composed of a screen box, a vibrator, a vibration damping spring device, a screen, a screen clamp, a bottom frame, etc. In addition, the structure will vary depending on the type of vibrating screen. For example, the circular vibrating screen also includes a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter, a vibration damping spring device, a bottom frame and other components; the linear vibrating screen is composed of a screen frame, a motor pedestal, a bracket, etc.; the three-axis elliptical vibrating screen is composed of a transmission device, a damper, a bottom frame, etc.
Principle:
The vibrating machine generates vibration force through the motor drive, transmits the vibration to the screen box, and the incoming granular material begins to move on the screen. Larger particles will move upward with the vibration, while smaller particles will fall through the screen to the lower layer. Particles of different sizes will be screened and graded through different apertures. Larger particles are blocked on the upper layer of the screen, while smaller particles fall through the screen to the lower layer. Granular materials can be effectively separated and classified, realizing the grading and separation of granular materials of different particle sizes and shapes.
Maintenance:
During the operation of the vibrating screen, it is affected by various environments and materials on site, which will produce a lot of dust, dirt and impurities, which will damage the screen, screen plate and the entire structure of the vibrating screen, affecting the screening accuracy and work efficiency. Therefore, accurate maintenance of the vibrating screen is particularly important.
1. Daily maintenance:
① Regularly check whether there are problems with the easily worn parts and the amount of lubricating oil in each part of the vibrating screen.
② The bearings of the vibrating screen are usually replaced every 8 to 12 months, the transmission belt is replaced every 2 to 3 months, the life of the spring is about 3 to 6 months, and the life of the screen frame is two years.
③ Regular inspections and early detection, timely maintenance and treatment can ensure the long life, high efficiency and high quality of the vibrating screen, avoid losing more than less, and put cost reduction into practice.
2. Inspection before starting
① Remove all kinds of debris that hinder the movement of the vibrating screen.
② Check whether there is enough lubricating oil at each lubrication point of the motor and the vibrating screen transmission mechanism.
③ Check whether the screen has sufficient tension and fixing force.
④ Check whether all bolts are tightened in place, the tension of the drive belt, and whether the sealing strip is worn.
⑤ Check whether the connection of the feed box is loose, whether the rubber pad or spring is damaged or over-flattened
⑥ Check whether the wires, fuses, and starting devices are normal, and run without load for 2~3 minutes to determine whether the vibrating screen is normal.
3. Monitoring during operation
① Check whether the feed on the screen surface is evenly distributed on the entire screen surface, and there should be no overload
② Check the fever of the main bearing, the normal operating temperature is between 45~50℃
③ Check whether the vibration is stable, if there is impact or shaking of the fixed frame, the machine should be stopped in time for appropriate adjustments.
4. Inspection after shutdown
① The feeder can only stop working after the feeding is completed.
② Check the dirt and oil on the vibrating screen, clean and repair the screen in time. When the screen is blocked, it can only be hooked up, not hammered down.
5. Daily troubleshooting
① If the screening effect is poor, the screen may be blocked or the spring may be loose. Clean the screen or replace the spring in time.
② If the noise is too loud, the bearing may be damaged or the belt may be loose. Replace the bearing or tighten the belt in time.
③ If the motor is abnormal, it may be a motor failure or cable aging. Deal with the motor failure or replace the cable in time.
In short, the maintenance and care of the vibrating screen is of great significance to the long-term stable operation of the equipment. We need to monitor the equipment at all times and perform maintenance in accordance with regulations to ensure the efficient operation of the vibrating screen and improve work efficiency.
